Why a flat yearly fee?
Because your roster changes every week and your bill shouldn't. You know the cost before the season starts, and one more late hire never costs extra.
What happens outside the season?
Nothing changes. The fee covers the full year, so the off-season is when you collect availability, plan next season and send work confirmations, at no extra cost.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding and data import are included in every plan. Scale customers additionally get a dedicated onboarding session.
What if we grow past our plan mid-season?
Keep going. We move you to the next plan at your next renewal, never with a surprise invoice halfway through the season.
Is it a yearly contract?
Yes, a 12-month licence billed up front. It renews each year, and you can stop with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
